About the Group

I would love to tell you Coffee & Convos was some big strategic plan. It wasn't. It was mostly me wanting to spend more time with agents I actually liked.

I kept thinking there had to be a better way to do this work than heads-down and alone. So I invited a handful of agents I knew and loved for coffee, and was about half-sure nobody would want a standing appointment on their calendar.

Turns out they did.

It has truly become something we all look forward to. And somewhere along the way it stopped being my idea and started being ours: the conversations we have, the ideas we build on together, the relationships that keep growing month over month. It is more than I pictured when I sent that first "who's in?" email.

That is the whole thing. Not me. Us.

The Spirit (read this before you come)

A few things this is, and is not, so nobody walks in confused:

• It is collaborative, not competitive. Different brokerages, different neighborhoods, one table. What you share here does not walk out the door and become your competition. That is the whole deal.

• It is not a formal organization. No dues, no board, no bylaws, no title anyone is fighting over. It is a standing invitation to good conversation & collaboration.

• You get out what you put in. Show up, share the thing you figured out, ask the question you have been too proud to ask. That is the price of admission.
